Extra Premium Peruvian Craft Beer. We are the first Peruvian fusion beer with Andean grains and fruits! We are young Peeruvian entrepreneurs who want to rescue the true beer culture, highlight the Peruvian culture through the fusion of Andean grains with beer, make our Peru brand known internationally, create a fair trade chain with Andean grain producers and lead to your palates the Peruvian beers never seen before.
The dream started in 2007,crafting our equipment,since at the time there was no way to get this type of equipment in Uruguay. We made our mash tun out of an old copper hot water tank, we built a clay oven to produce energy to boil the wort. In 2008 we designed a stainless steel micro-brewery with a throughput of 1000 litres per month with the idea of getting our beer out in the market. At that point the dream came true! We continued to dream and thrive and in 2011 the equipment and the infrastructure evolved in order to manage a bigger throughput,in turne the old brewery became a brewpub where we exclusively sold our beer. In 2013, thanks to the Investment Promotion Law, the Uruguay Ministry of Economy supported our plan to go for a new plant with greater capacity. This allowed us to go to China to pick the new equipment, that included a bottling line, capable of producing 40000 litres per month. In 2014 we got the factory running, at this point we were selling our beer to a national level. Following on in 2016 the throughput went up to 120000 litres per month. A new, world class, Italian bottling line came along in 2017. Together with that, a restructure took place and new facilities were added to the equation… a strategic warehouse in the country main city and a truck, all of this with the objective of being closer to our customers. In 2018, the factory capacity increased again with the addition of 2 new 10000 litres fermenters, during the same year, solar panels that cover great part of the factory energy consumption were installed
Cerveceria Fortuna is an independant Mexican craft brewery founded in 2014. Located inside La Ruta del Tequila, and surrounded by agave fields “paisaje agavero”. The beer is made with four traditional ingredients - water, malt, hops and yeast- but every day we learn more about this process, standardize recipes and innovate with new beer styles. We are passionate to satisfy the most demanding palates. Our main goal is to produce high quality beer and educate the consumer. With our 3 principle values: pasión, noción y respeto. Our wide range of products are ideal to pair with a great variety of food. Furthermore, none of our beer styles are pasteurized; which guarantees that the unique flavours, aromas, color and the body of the beer remain intact. Currently we have 9 different styles of beer.

In the cold winter, a swaying road showed itself as the Northern Lights in the dark. In early times their Viking ancestors called it Bivrost. They saw it as a magical path from Midgard, home of men, to the home of the gods, Asgard. The fierce god Heimdall guarded Bivrost from foes, and made sure only the brave could enter into Asgard.
Bivrost Spirits are produced by Aurora Spirit Distillery in Norway. They are the northernmost distillery in the world at 69.39°N.
The distillery, located at the foothills of the Andes in Colchagua – Chile, produces gin in small copper stills, ensuring extreme care of the temperature of distillation with delicacy of each of its botanicals. High quality corn base spirit are macerated with andes and tradicional gin botanicals and also placed in the gin basket to produce a delicate gin that show the best expression of the flavors. Mountain slope water brings freshness, all of which remember the aromas of the Andes.
This handmade Gin has its origin back in 2015 during the search of the perfect ingredients for a fresh and pleasant drink. Its inspiration comes from the shore of the Atlantic Ocean, specifically in Mar del Plata, where the Restinga is very close to the lighthouse. This is a rocky prominence product of the continuation of the Tandilia mountain range system. The Mar del Plata Lighthouse was built there to alert the ships of the presence of rocks. The site is a dream; beaches, forests and lots of marine life. Our gin’s ingredients are sought in the surrounding areas, especially near the Balcarce mountain range where the lands are located, making excellent organic botanical crops.
Arctic Blue Gin, our Finnish finest gin, has a predominant flavor of juniper followed by gentle cardamom, arctic blueberry, blueberry leaf and spruce needles. Finally appear the most subtle ones as coriander and fennel seeds. Arctic Blue Gin & tonic is served with plentiful of ice and top tonic, and decorated with the finest blueberries.
